Description
Working Principle
Pre-treated feed water is introduced into the WFI generator, typically based on multi-effect distillation technology. The water is evaporated to generate pure steam, which then condenses into Water for Injection. Pyrogens, microorganisms and dissolved impurities are effectively removed during the distillation process. Continuous venting of non-condensable gases ensures stable WFI quality. The produced WFI is transferred to hot storage and distributed through a sanitary loop to maintain microbiological safety.
